Refund & Returns Policy – Yarn Haul

At Yarn Haul, we supply factory-direct yarn in bulk at the best possible prices. Because of this model, our returns process is slightly different to standard US retail β€” but we always aim to be fair and resolve any issues quickly.

Returns

We accept returns, however:

  • Returns must be sent back to our China factory
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.


Damaged or Faulty Yarn

If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, we will make it right.

Please email us at info@yarnhaul.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:

  • Full or partial refund
  • Free replacement yarn sent with your next order
  • Discount or store credit

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns for:

  • Yarn that has been used, cut, or altered
  • Minor variations in texture, compression, or shape due to shipping (yarn may appear flattened on arrival and will re-fluff after handling)

Order Cancellations

Due to our bulk shipping model:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
  • Orders are shipped in shared containers and cannot be retrieved once in transit

Missing Orders

If:

  • You have not received your order after 28 days, or
  • You have not received any tracking updates

Please contact us and we will investigate and resolve it for you.
