Returns are usually sent back to our factory in China, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. However, we also have regional return warehouses available in the USA and the UK.
For Canadian orders, returns may be sent to our USA warehouse. For European orders, returns may be sent to our UK warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your yarn must be unused, in its original condition, and you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the problem. We will review the issue and offer a fair solution, which may include a refund, replacement yarn with your next order, store credit, or a discount.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for yarn that has been used, cut, or altered. Minor changes in texture, compression, or shape caused by international shipping are not classed as faults, as the yarn may arrive slightly flattened and will usually re-fluff after handling.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched, as they are shipped in shared containers and cannot be retrieved once in transit.
