Most orders are delivered within 18-20 business days. Within 5 days of placing your order, you’ll receive a tracking update by email and/or text with your final-mile courier tracking details.

This tracking may not update immediately, as it only becomes active once your parcel arrives in the USA and receives its first scan into the courier network. From that first scan, delivery is usually completed within around 5 days.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves China. This is usually within 5 days. The tracking number will activate once it's collected by the courier in the USA. It will then be delivered within 5 days.

To keep shipping costs low, your yarn is packed in a compressed woven bag and secured tightly for transport.

When your parcel arrives, please take care when cutting the outer strap-bands, as they are fitted tightly for shipping. Your yarn may look slightly compressed at first, but this is completely normal. A quick fluff between your hands, or gently running the yarn through your fingers, will help restore its soft, chunky shape.
