From the moment you place your order, production preparation begins. Your yarn bundles are carefully picked, loosely tied with string, packed into durable bags, then compressed and strap-banded ready for boxing and export. This preparation process usually takes around 2-3 days.

Once prepared, orders wait for the next sailing. Our shipments typically depart on Mondays and Wednesdays. After arrival in the United States, your parcel is handed to the local courier for final delivery, which usually takes a further 2–3 business days.

To keep shipping costs as low as possible and make smaller factory-direct orders affordable, your yarn is compressed for transit. This helps us offer genuinely competitive pricing without compromising on quality.

When your order arrives, please take care when cutting the strap-bands around the woven bag, as they are secured tightly for shipping.

Your yarn may look slightly compressed when first opened, but this is completely normal. A quick fluff between your hands, or gently running the strands through the end of a kitchen whisk, will help restore its full softness and shape.
